The faucet is excellent and very aesthetic.
I have not installed it yet but it’s very pretty. It looks very solid and looks and it’s exactly like the photos.
There was no communication with the store, but as soon as the payment was made, the necessary actions were taken and the material was delivered within the estimated time. The faucet is made of heavy material, with a soft touch in the flexible area. The shower area came with small chips (one slightly closer to the water outlet area and another deeper, leaving a visibly white defect on the black piece), the finish that surrounds the faucet also has a lower spray, giving the impression of a inferior material. It hasn't been installed yet, but I believe it was done at the factory because the faucet came wet.
