Neck care beauty instrument

I bought it for my wife and she was very pleased with it. The packaging and comfort are excellent, it helps with neck pain and also herniated discs.

Falling apart

Works great! Already got the second one for my vacation spot!

It's better than I thought, but the base area is a bit weak.

Item far from expectations, uncomfortable and very hard, far from an ergonomic Memory pillow. I will never use it.
