We really do like this chandelier, however it does come with some basic headaches .. headache number one, there is no schematic for how to install the branches and it took myself and my electrician the better part of an hour to get the pattern correct. Headache number two, assuming the pattern is correct, some of the branches are higher than others causing it to look out of whack! Branch on one end is higher than others, branch on other end is lower . No matter how you install or change branches around . Very odd .. but overall we do love it
